W+A Offers Marketing Advice for Nonprofits at National Conference
April 30, 2012 – Linda Cooper, public relations account manager for Walker + Associates was a featured presenter at the National Network for Social Work Managers’ 23rd annual Management Institute held last week in San Diego, Calif. Managers of nonprofits from across the nation were in attendance to gain insight into the needs of human service organizations in a transitioning economy.
Cooper’s presentation “Marketing and Public Relations Best Practices for Nonprofits in Tough Economic Times,” offered nonprofit managers wearing multiple hats, the communications tools and tactics necessary to effectively advocate for their organizations on a shoestring budget.
